Introspection of Thoughts and Mind

Introspection of Thoughts and Mind

Many people think that the brain will forever remain a mystery

If the Human brain were simple enough for us to understand, we would be simple enough to not understand it

It may be that the brain is not too difficult to understand, but easy instead.we make matters more complex by creating a structure of very fine detailing that hide rather than reveal.

The only thing these complex structures reveal is that man is capable enough to create them and has the compulsion to create such intricate and complex patterns/structures and play games with it.

Ideas have to be pushing our thought process in the right direction. if ideas miss the right direction, we move further and further in the wrong direction.while introspecting, movement is unlimited.the track is the way and the way is created by our mind itself.

It is like an army tank that goes on creating its own path while crossing a trench. the way is created by our moving imagination.

The brain on its own accord does not seek to understand and explain things exactly from a 100% objective and neutral point of view. The brain creates explanations which entirely depend on the person who is explaining.

The explanation may be highly acceptable without being highly relevant to what is being explained.if one describes something, then one hopes that the beauty of description will be appreciated.

Even in a description one may seek to reveal something one supposes that may not be apparent to everyone else involved. The more a person explains. the more they move from explanation to description.

In explanation the person tries to reveal how something unknown is only a special arrangement of the known.

There are two types of circumstances and the explanation describes how the system works in both special and general circumstances. the purpose of description and explanation is different. the former is tied to beauty and the later to usefulness.to say that the patch of ground is uneven is the description and to tell it is due to the trees is explanation.description is the first step to explanantion.whoever describes best is closest to the solution. Attention to detail is the mark of a GENIUS.

Words are the symbol of ideas.words usually describe things in motion. some words are used to deal with other words.they include words like AND, OR, BY, WITH. Basically, addition, division, and multiplication are ways of dealing with quantities.every single one of these words becomes a utility tool to carry out processes.

Learning medicine consisted of learning the language of medicine. In the same manner, to learn the language of the brain we have to learn new terms.

The whole of our thinking is dependent on words, the whole of our language, our education, our thought process is dependent on words we know and we don’t know.

The whole of our language is focussed on forming and communication our own thoughts and ideas

The brain works this way to make intelligent life possible. This is the way the brain works to make life possible.

The human brain has 100 billion neurons, each neuron connected to 10 thousand other neurons. Sitting on your shoulders is the most complicated object in the known universe.

The Five Parts Of Every Business

The Five Parts Of Every Business

A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business – Henry Ford

Roughly defined, a business is a repeatable process that

  1. Creates and delivers something of value
  2. That other people want or need
  3. At a price, they are willing to Pay for
  4. In a way that satisfies the customer’s needs and expectations
  5. So that the business brings enough profit to make it worthwhile for the owners to continue operation

Take any of these factors away and you don’t have a business.

A venture that doesn’t create value for others is a hobby. a venture that doesn’t attract attention is a flop. a venture that doesn’t sell the value it creates is a non-profit. a venture that doesn’t deliver what it promises is a scam. a venture that doesn’t bring in enough money to keep operating will eventually close.

At the core, every business is fundamentally a collection of five different interconnected processes, each of which flows into the next.

  1. VALUE CREATION- Discovering what people want or need and then creating them
  2. MARKETING- Attracting attention and creating demand for what you have created
  3. SALES- Turning prospective customers into paying customers
  4. VALUE DELIVERY- Giving your customers what you have promised and ensuring that they are satisfied
  5. FINANCE- Bringing in enough money to keep going and make your effort worthwhile

Dare to Dream

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams

It is a shame that we all often associate the word “dreams” with unrealistic expectations.we have been conditioned to call dreams unattainable, calling them pipe dreams or daydreams.

But most of all dreams remind us that the biggest achievements started out as the biggest dreams.

Anything the mind can concieve and the heart can believe, you can achieve.

A dream with a plan is very different from fantasy. Fantasy is always defined as childlike imaginings that are unattainable.unlike fantasies a dream is achievable.it can come true. however, dreams have to be concrete and attainable for them to materialize.other wise they become fantasies.

There are 3 stages to make your dream work-

a) THINK YOUR DREAM –

You have to sit down and brainstorm about all the things you would like to do. sometimes the right ideas won’t come when you are actively thinking.it will come in moments of leisure. but when you come across a great idea, note it down.

if you get writer’s block then try asking what-if questions.

what if time and money weren’t a problem, then what would I do with my life?

b) VISUALIZE YOUR DREAM-

When you start to visualize, start with a vague idea of what you want, and then you sharpen the focus until the pictures become clearer and clearer and sharp in your mind.

it is sort of how a polaroid picture develops right before your eyes.

a vision is an incredibly precise and powerful dream.so vivid that nothing can discourage you and nobody can steal it from you.

THE VISION OF WALT DISNEY- Another classic example of a human being with a dream and vision is Walt Disney. here is a man who turned a cartoon mouse into an international multi-billion-dollar enterprise.

His vision was so strong that even after his death it has endured. at the groundbreaking ceremony a reporter spoke to Walt Disney’s nephew Roy that “too bad Walt wasn’t around to see this all” to which he replied “oh, but you are wrong. Walt Disney saw this all long before”

Walt Disney was an exceptional visionary.

c) PLAN YOUR DREAM

THREE steps to planning your dream

1 Write a mission statement

2 Break your dream down into goals

3 write daily to-do lists you need to do to achieve these goals

MISSION STATEMENT –

A mission statement is nothing more than a written declaration statement of your purpose in life.

No matter the length of the mission statement, it has the power to inspire people to the levels of achievement which they never thought was possible.

Your mission statement will remind you of what you want to accomplish in life.

Divide your goals into

long term goals {3-5 years}

short term goals{6months-1 year}

immediate goals {30 days}

The possibilities are endless only if you dare to dream.

Black Lives Matter

Black Lives Matter
Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice Anywhere
Racism is evil and only people who have absolutely no sense of equality or humanity indulge in racism. People who assume to be superior because of the color of their skin need to be put in their place. There are only two ways of achieving the protest’s objectives.
Completely violent protest or Completely non-violent protest. I do not suggest or endorse the former because no true nation was ever built on anarchy or violence. However Non-violent protest is the one more likely to be made impure by some violent elements and opportunistic looters.
The mob has no face and looters need to understand that the more violence they indulge in, the more power the government gets to quell the protest. Because then the law has the powers to get tough powers to law enforcement agencies to stop the violence and with that the protest, because of some perpetrators every one will have to stop protesting. that is why i don’t endorse a violent protest.at the end of the day, you don’t want to be known as the participant of a protest which turned into a loot. Instead of indulging in violence, make a resolve to not move till a resolution is passed. it may seem harder than violence, but its the only way that will make permanent changes. sometimes you have to win the battle with love. it is important to keep talking about how bad racism is until it becomes a stigma to be a racist!
Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

How SEO affects your business

How SEO affects your business

If you’re a business, there are some very real and specific benefits to having a consistent, ongoing search engine optimization strategy. For the first time in the history of marketing, users are offering up their actual intent through the words that they type and speak into search engines. And more than ever before, you can measure the results of your SEO efforts as a marketing channel. While search engines don’t charge you for listing your webpages, planning and implementing SEO in your organization is certainly not free. You’ll need to spend the time, the money, and the resources to do this the right way.

The good news is that this can help you reach a tremendously large audience, attract more targeted visitors, and measure the impact of your efforts in terms of a return on your investment. More and more content appears on the web every second of every day. And your customers need search engines to help make sense of it all. People search to find answers to their questions, to buy products, to find a place to eat, to book travel, to get news. Just about everything we do online starts with a search. We call the motivation behind a given search intent. And it’s not just done around the family PC anymore.

The explosion of connected mobile devices and voice assistants means that we have access to search just about anywhere in the world with just a few key strokes or voice commands. What people search for and the words they choose when making their query says a lot about their intent, or what actions they want to take at a specific moment in time.

And this has traditionally been the Holy Grail of marketing research. If somebody searches for hiking trails in California or where to buy a digital camera, it’s very easy, as a marketer, to understand what they’re looking for. The role of search engines is to match those user search queries to pages that match that topic.

And if you sell cameras, well, what that means to you is that you can create relevant content that meets the needs of the searcher at exactly the right moment.

Good SEO can essentially provide you a stream of some of the most targeted, intent-driven traffic that you could possible ask for. But more than that, one of the biggest benefits of search engine optimization is the ability to actually measure your results. You can use your website analytics data to find out exactly how successful you are in acquiring search engine users. And you can see if those users’ actions are in line with your business goals. You can evaluate the effectiveness of your content in attracting and advancing the user through your sales file. And you can measure what they do and what they don’t do on your website and beyond.

By attaching real dollars and cents to those actions that began with a simple search, you’ll be able to truly measure return on investment from your SEO channel.

Why you need a keyword research plan in Search Engine Optimization

Why you need a keyword research plan in Search Engine Optimization

Before you can optimize your website, you need to know what you’re optimizing for. Finding the right keywords to focus your SEO efforts on, can be challenging, but fortunately there’s a lot of data out there, and a structured approach that we can use for our keyword research.

Keywords are watch searchers type into a search engine, search engines like Google and Bing will go out and fetch the most relevant results for your search query based on everything they know about you and all the content on the entire internet. But it’s important to remember that search engines, have a hard time understanding what a user is after, unless it’s really spelled out. This is why you’ve probably followed up one search with another more descriptive search, more than a few times in your life. You try one keyword or query but it doesn’t give you just what you’re looking for. So you get more specific or you try it another way.

The bottom line is that people all over the world, are typing in all kinds of keywords, every second, of every hour, of every day. And it’s important for us to understand what they type in so that we can optimize our pages to be in the search results for those terms. Formal keyword research is the foundational piece in SEO, that will help you understand what people are typing in the search engines. The intent of those keywords, as the search engines understand it, how frequently they do it, how relevant those terms are to your business objectives, and how competitive those terms will be to try to rank for.

Let’s take an example, say you sell cars, you might think that the keyword car is something that you want to rank for. But after you’ve done a little keyword research, you’ll probably find that it won’t make your list. Why, well even though that word gets typed into search engines with a very high frequency, think about its relevance, how many reasons could somebody type the word car into a search engine. They might be looking for toys, a place for repairs, a car wash, car parts, a rental car, any one of hundreds of things that have nothing to do with actually buying a car. And think of all those people out there that are also trying to rank for the word car in the search engines. This is an extremely competitive term, a phrase like buy new blue Toyota Camry might not get typed in as much, but if that’s what you’re selling, it’s extremely relevant and much less competitive. Keywords like this will very likely end up on your list of keywords to optimize for.

Now that we understand a bit more about keywords and keyword research, it’s time to talk about planning. An effective keyword research plan involves having a sound, structured approach, that will lead to the discovery of keywords that you can use in the content of your website.

Ultimately, a keyword research plan, would give you the data that you need to make decisions about which keywords will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

And having the highest likelihood of being both relevant, and profitable for your business. With billions of queries searched each month, it’s important that we understand the goals of keyword research, what we’re looking for, and how we collect and analyze that data, to make decisions around our website.

Keyword Research in Search Engine Optimization

Keyword Research in Search Engine Optimization

Everyone will eventually develop their own approach and process for doing keyword research and you’ll ultimately need to find something that works for you. But the most important part of keyword research is to forget about you and your business and put yourself in the shoes of your potential customers. The process typically begins with brainstorming and answering some key questions. This stage is important from an organizational perspective because it will force you to look at different areas of your business. Start with answering a basic question, what products and services do you offer? Be as comprehensive as possible and list out as many keywords and phrases as you can.

But make sure that you do it from the customers perspective. As people who work in our businesses day in and day out, we might have a very different way of explaining our products and services. Take for example, a discount travel website, you might be tempted to write down keywords like high-value air transport or fare class eligible discount ticket.

But at the end of the day, none of your perspective customers are typing that into a search engine. While those things makes sense to you, your customers are looking for cheap flights. It all comes back to intent, understanding the intent of your customer base is critical in developing a good seed list of keywords. While brainstorming can get you started, there are some great tools that can find and suggest similar keywords and expand your list of possibilities considerably. To seed your keyword list, Google Search Console offers insights into exactly how people are finding your site today. And it’s a great place to start. Once you have a solid seed list of keywords, you’ll need to expand on it.

Two favorite keyword expansion tools in the SEO industry are Google Trends and AnswerThePublic. Both offers suggestions around new target phrases based on your chosen keyword and both help you understand exactly how people are searching for things on the live web. Once you’ve got that list of potential keywords, the next thing you’ll need to do is take a look at search volume metrics to see what kind of demand there is for those phrases. As you do this, you’ll notice that while a handful of keywords get typed in thousands and thousands of times everyday, there are a whole lot more that don’t get typed in nearly as often. These are probably more descriptive keywords or less common variations but the important thing to note is that these are known as long-tail keywords.

Long-tail keywords in SEO are incredibly useful. They let us go after a much larger amount of less competitive keywords that tend to be extremely relevant to our business objectives. And while individually, there’s not a lot of search volume on each term, they each do have some search volume. For example, if I were selling iPhone cases, I may start looking into the keyword iPhone cases, a term that gets typed into search engines a lot. It’s extremely competitive and it’s probably going to be very difficult to rank for.

But I might also take a look at a more long-tail keyword like protective blue iPhone cases, it’s going to be extremely relevant, less competitive, and easier to rank for, at the expense of raw search volume.

But here’s the important part, you might be able to find hundreds or thousands of these long-tail keywords that together have the potential to get you more traffic than ranking for iPhone cases would have from the start. Finally, you’ll want to add some meaning and organization around the keywords that you’ve collected. You can do this by identifying themes or topics to group your keywords around, a process known as keyword categorization. Back to the example with the blue iPhone case, we may want to create a group that will just be about blue iPhone cases that includes all the different models of the phone.

Alternatively, we could categorize these, not by phone model but instead by color. There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Only a way that works for you and allows you to manage these groups of keywords as you optimize for them. Remember, in the end this is an exploratory and discovery exercise. Everyone searches differently and you’ll find lots and lots of data as you dig deeper and deeper. Be open-minded, put yourself in the mindset of your potential customers and make sure to consider all of your options as you evaluate your keyword performance over time.

Take Responsibility

Take Responsibility

Inherently, each one of us has the substance within to achieve whatever our goals and dreams define.what is missing is the training, education, knowledge and insight to use whatever we already have – Mark Twain

The value of a product can increase like the value of an individual 100 times over with just a little bit of fine-tuning. the door to self-improvement opens only from within.

You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today – Abraham Lincoln

I am sitting here looking at two different articles in the same edition of my local newspaper.

The first article is by a columnist who decided not to make any more new year’s resolutions because they all get broken anyway.

Her reasoning goes like this.you make a bunch of promises to yourself like you resolve to quit smoking. then you break those promises, which makes you guilty. since feeling guilty makes me lousy, what’s the point of making resolutions?

The other article is about a man named Ken Cooper.here is what the newspaper had to say about Ken Cooper’s amazing life.

When he was 29 years old, he accepted an invitation to go water -skiing. A former hotshot athlete in high school, Cooper thought he would pick up where he left off 10 years ago. For 10 years he had been in medical school and did not have the time to work out or eat right. Thus his weight had ballooned to more than 200 pounds.

Despite being woefully out of shape, Cooper attacked that course just as he used to in high school. But his body had become weak and flabby due to no exercise and eating not right.his body gave up on him.he barely made it back to the beach and collapsed. Nausea swept all over him. His heartbeats were at 250 beats per minute. In his words, he said ” I thought I was gonna die”

That episode was the turning point in his life. He began running and exercising and lost 30 pounds.he was back to normal!

30 years later he still is at 165 pounds and in better shape than most men half his age.

You see Ken cooper became ” Dr. Ken Cooper” the man who coined the word aerobics and launched the fitness revolution in the early 1960s.

Now I ask you which of the following individuals would you rather be. Fit and active or inactive and overweight?

These two people had different approaches to responsibility.one avoids it while the other embraces it. Responsibility the word itself means the ability to take response.

there are two kinds of people on the road. Drivers and Passengers.always be the metaphorical former on the road of life.

Animations in marketing: There is a rattle in the cartoon — SwaCash | Internet Marketing | Digital Marketing

There are many good arguments for using animation in marketing – and this post introduces them. How did animations develop? Animated films have testified to the creativity of humanity for over 100 years. Even today, animations go beyond the boundaries of art and imagination, and now they also play a significant role in marketing campaigns. […]

The Beach- Reflecting Lives since day 1

The Beach- Reflecting Lives since day 1

A trip to the beach is my favorite experience!

i cannot explain what goes on in my mind when I stand on a beach. but I will try.first of all 7 billion humans experience life in 7 billion ways very single day.however some experiences are way ahead of others in everyone’s preference.going to the beach is one of them.not in the sense that you get to ogle half make guys and girls, but in the sense that even the weakest and ignorant of minds understand that there is something much bigger than their fear, joys, anxieties, and worries. we forget everything for a while. we think of only the present moment and that is pure Ecstacy. something much superior to that is when we think of our moments of grandeur and joys.the beach makes us feel alive.the beach makes us feel mortal. makes us feel the true power of mother nature. we become one with nature and that is pure bliss. the beach makes us feel like in the end, everything goes by in a blur. no matter how long you live. it’s a breathtaking beauty. when we humans were just starting to sail, the greatest leaders/ship captains would charm the entire crew in believing that on the other side of this ocean is a land full of life. and that metaphorically stands to date. for them with the level of education and the level of the world they grew up in, the beach was the portal to a different land. most of the sailors did not even know that there was life on the other side. A land of different looking, different traditions following and different language speaking people as humans as they were.humankind is brave and always iterating their own characteristics. all because we can think. sometimes we just don’t know the reason why we feel and do certain things. it is innate to us.our mouths cannot explain what we truly feel because the deeper the feelings, the more difficult they are to explain! its sheer ecstasy, just the sight of a beach. i find to hard to conceptualize about who loves the beach more. someone who lives on the beach or someone who has never been to the beach.such is the charisma of the beach. mother nature’s creation.and all couples know that it is whom you think about when you stand in front of the beach that reveals who’s heart you are affectionate for.

The sea once it casts its spell, hold in wonder the heart forever.

Advancement of science and technology is the pillar of economy and growth

Phases of learning transfer are very important to develop new technology for economy, production and growth. In fact, technology is born in the world…

Advancement of science and technology is the pillar of economy and growth
